Filipino-American comedian Dan Gabriel comes to The Roosters' rescue this week to fill in for the canceled-at-the-last-minute Natasha Leggero. We're so excited that he was available. Dan is one of our all-time favorites. He has appeared on shows such as Comedy Central's Premium Blend, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on CBS, and CBS' Star Search.
From Dan's Web site:
Dan Gabriel is one hilarious stand-up comedian because you already know him. Everybody has a buddy just like Dan. He is that friend of yours who says something inappropriate to your grandmother about her dentures. Dan is your cool cousin who tells you about a band a few months before their hit single blows up the radio. He is that guy who you stayed friends with even after he broke up with your sister. Its Dan’s ability to connect with audiences on a personal level that makes him funny.
We agree...but disagree. Dan's ability to connect with an audience on a personal level is just one of the things that makes him funny. He's also got great clever clean material and impeccable timing. Check it out for yourself in this clip of Dan on Showtime.
Dan appears this week with Alex Koll from Live at Gotham and Dan Wilson from KOFY TV's Creepy KOFY Movie Time. Ticket prices range from $7 to $18. Check out our Web site for more information and to purchase tix.
